Shipping rates
- Free Shipping on orders $50+ (subtotal after discounts, before tax).
- Flat $3.99 on orders under $50.
Processing times
- Personalized items: usually 2–5 business days to design/produce before shipping.
- Non-personalized items: usually 1–3 business days to ship.
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order is on the way.
Delivery estimates
Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary with carrier volumes, weather, or holidays.
Split shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple packages. You’ll get separate tracking numbers at no extra cost.
Address changes
If you need to update your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. We’re unable to reroute packages once they’ve shipped.
Tracking & issues
Didn’t get your package or tracking shows delivered but you can’t find it? Reach out within 7 days and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Personalized items
Because each personalized product is made just for you, these items are final sale. If we made a mistake or your item arrives damaged/defective, we’ll remake or refund it—see “Damaged/Defective Items” below.
Return window (non-personalized items)
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed and hair-free
Exchanges
- Personalized items aren’t eligible for size/style exchanges unless there was an error on our side.
Return shipping
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, misprint, defect), we cover return shipping or send a replacement at no cost.
- For all other returns (change of mind, wrong size ordered for non-personalized items), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We can provide a prepaid label and deduct the label cost from your refund, or you may ship with your own carrier.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–7 business days to post the credit.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged/defective items
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right with a free replacement or refund.
Non-returnable items
- Personalized/custom items (except for errors or defects)
- Final-sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
